TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an Option Agreement (the "Agreement") dated March 12, 2020 between John Ternowesky, Lloyd Halverson and Greg Smith (collectively, the "Vendors") and Bold Ventures Inc. (the "Company"). Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall have an option to acquire a 100% interest in the Farwell claims located approximately 55 km northwest of Wawa, Ontario.

Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company shall issue an aggregate of 1,650,000 shares and pay the aggregate sum of $225,000.00 to the Vendors over a four-year period. Pursuant to the Agreement, the Company will also complete a total of $1,000,000 of exploration work over four years.
