The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to a letter of intent dated Feb. 27, 2014, between Northern Superior Resources Inc. and Bold Ventures Inc. Pursuant to the agreement, Bold Ventures may acquire a 50-per-cent interest in the Lac Surprise property located near Chapais, Que.

In consideration the company shall issue 350,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents plus incur exploration expenditures of $2-million. The company may acquire an additional 10-per-cent interest for a total working interest of 60 per cent by delivering a positive feasibility study within five years of the agreement date.

Further, the company shall pay 150,000 common shares at a deemed price of five cents to an arm's-length finder in connection with the agreement.
