KWG's agreement to kick in 3 million plus, on Bold's (option from Fancamp) Koper Lake project is a nice endorsement......however Bold is giving up 80% of the high grade chromite.

Shareholders are spared considerable dilution by this deal, while retaining the lion's share of other minerals.

Bottom line in my opinion is, if Richard, John et al are right that the Eagle 1 deposit continues on to the FNC property, then this could be a great deal. If not, then they may have sold the anticipated rich chromite deposit (Black Horse) cheap.
