As you know, a very good financing was completed in the spring, resulting in the last News Release on May 31, 2011.

I'm sure most of us expected some action by now, and the lack of news along with the poor market is likely the reason for the falling share price.

I have spoken with the office recently, and learned that they have been working very hard to advance their projects.

It is both prudent, and required that agreements with the applicable First Nations communities be in place before advanced exploration work ( eg. camp set-up, drilling ) commences.

This process has taken longer than expected for a variety of reasons, none of which is due to a lack of effort on the part of Bold's management.

While the wait is frustrating, may I suggest, for those of us who have purchased at higher prices, the quality of the ROF project, particularly anomalies 53A, and 52A & B remains the same as when we bought in, so the current sp, in my opinion, represents a good buying opportunity. A review of the VTEMs on the website will remind us why we invested.

It may take some time yet, but I believe that it will be worth it in the end.
