I would assume"WE" will need Billions before China can be restarted.

China has a population of about (1) "1.3 billion people as of mid-2008)and is the world's largest and most populous country" according to one of the other chinese posters I recently interviewed. He has a friend that is in charge of promotions for the Annual Chinese Census Bureau so I am sure this is all factual.

According to this poster (I think his tag is Won Don Diligence ), each man women and child will be willing to let Dr. Moro test their blood if he will buy each of them a big red lollipop following the giving of blood or saliva. The proposed cost of the suckers in China will be at a mandated price of $1 dollar.

This will equal Billions for the first test and Bi-annual retests.
In return for the big red lollipops, my source says that each of the Chinese will pay (Us or "WE" Dr. Moro (Biocurex) $5 dollars.

This should provide Biocurex with net proceeds of aproximately $5 Billion dollars to proceed with additional testing on the Doggy experiments.

While "WE" have not seen this Contract first hand, Won Don has never lied to me in the past so it is as good as Gold.

In fact Won Don explained that He although he said "WE" are buying stock prior to the big announcement such that "WE" or He and his lollipop group can plan for early retirement.
