That really doesn't make much sense. If he were going to sell shares, why wouldn't he wait for the share price to go up some more so he could at least recover some of the money he claims lost.
He also claims Dr. Moro sent the report out of desperation, I believe Dr. Moro sent it to his dedicated shareholders so they could purchase more shares at these bargain prices before this thing takes off.
