Dr. Moro,

I know you do not appreciate some things being posted here but I believe this one to be important to the true shareholders and to yourself.

Gold stated,"I have no idea what Smithline would do if he got the assets but I would expect he might attempt to sell them for the debt owed and he would probably sell them as quickly as he could. Smithline could even be talking to potential buyers right now.

IMO, Smithline is in no mood to mess around any longer. He just took another company to court on 11 August for breech of contract. Unless Moro gets some money to Smithline, his next date may be at the courthouse.

My response....This is a funny world. In this particular case, We have either the same person with multiple Aliases or a group of people who do not require an introduction if you have been reading the other board who Bash the stock and do anything to unfairly devalue this fantastic technology, management, etc.

They attempt to scare the current investors to sell by the doom and gloom scenario.

Why you ask.

If they can force the company into hardship, they can then attempt to purchase the assets at firesale prices from Smithine.

Such persons claim to have no shares but have been researching this company for years. These people have been dying for Dr. Moro to release the technology to unknown entities "TO VERIFY THAT THE TECHNOLOGY WORKS AS STATED??? I THINK NOT?
Asking questions of Dr. Moro about the technology... Anything to gain knowledge of the inner workings of Recaf.

These same people attempted to do a placement into the company a few years back. My understanding is that the comapny and they did not come to terms.

These same people continue to post that some aspects of this technology concerning Recaf can not be patented... They are obsessed with that fact....WHY?

They ridicule Dr. Moro for not releasing his technology to the street for verification. Why?

Now if they can force the company into hardship...They can purchase the assets cheap and then WE THE SHAREHOLDERS are out and the "BAD GUYS" are in the drivers seat.

IF they own the assets, they then go to Inverness / Abbott etc. to gain the knowledge that would be considered the last piece of the pie.

Dr. Moro has worked his entire life to discover and move this technology into commercialization...These people in four years have been attempting to steal it from him by scamming and belittling the technology while waiting to pick it up for next to nothing.
