I have not been following this guy's comments, but I have seen similar types in other grouops going after other stocks. I asked myself why someone would do this to BOCX right now, and came up with the following possibilities to explain the bashers comments:

1. the guy has a personal vendetta or doesn't have a life and wants attention
2. short selling opportunity
3. he wants your shares at depressed prices (as another poster suggested)

I don't believe #2 could apply at this stage (price) and on this market.

#3 is unlikely because it is already readily available for next to nothing, and slamming a microcap R&D company in the current financing environment could sink it.

So I would lean toward #1. In which case I would try to get him tossed or just avoid him like the plague.

I have never visited this other site some of you refer to, and I find the continual references to it simply distracting. So unless this nutbar moves in here, I would suggest avoiding him in agoracom discussion.
