While I do not want to get into the torture issue, When one lets out the game plan prematurely, it places a company in a weaker position.

We asked some awesome questions. Some of the answers may be the same ones that Gold would use to twist...Some answers could be used by the company who has the potential rights to our patents...some may be used by licensees to get a better deal....Maybe even by Inverness or Abbott...

There is a saying, If you want to learn something about a companies inner dealings, don't call the president of the company...Call the receptionist. she will tell you more than you want to know about a companies good and bads if you will.

I would hope that dr. Moro's receptionist has been told not to expose information. Anyway, Dr. Moro is smart enough not to weaken the companies position by spewing everything about the companies minute by minute discussions and positions.

We are in a fragile position.. Why would Dr. Moro want to weaken it more.

In time he will be able to divolge the answers.
