Thank you very much for sharing your post with the board and your investment confirms your optimism about Biocurex's technology. Hoping we'll hear more from you on this board in the near term. I have been a share holder since 2004. Wondering if you might answer the following questions:

1.) Forgive me for my ignorance, but I was wondering if you could briefly explain how the private placements work.

2.) When did you make the last private placement.

3.) Could you share any insight you might have regarding Biocurex since I'm sure you have had numerous discussions with Dr. Moro prior to making the private placements. These long periods of silence are very diffucult for shareholders.
