With all due respect, if I called you weekly and asked you to answer multiple questions in a way that would satisfy multiple persons, you would not be able to keep up with your day to day activities.

Keep in mind this is not Inverness with departments that handle these requests. This is Dr. Moro being bombarded with questions. Very few of these are yes no answers either.

He also has to get through the legal issues and make sure that he does not upset Abbott or Inverness or Biosite, FDA SEC etc.

He also can not tip his hand for competitors or future licensees.

Further...every question answered spawns 2 more questions.

Personally I think this is a great platform and persons including myself need to be a bit more patient. Doctor Moro has to rely on other companies and patent offices and lawyers and reserchers to make this all happen. He can't just take his lab down to the FDA and say ok I'm ready for my approval.
