Actually, technicals are the only thing to look at. The company is a shell and this Burton fella (probably related to Jack Burton of Big Trouble in Little China fame) cannot be found anywhere, nor can his previous exploits.

Anyway, to the BEHL Technicals:

OBV - Since the beginning of Feb, the OBV spiked, then went flat, then spiked, then is currently flat. Overall, the average would be an uptrend.

Moving Averages - The 14 day and 50 day are both down to 0.0002 as of today. Good or bad, not sure. Can't go much lower. The 200 day MA is still above two-tenths of a penny, 0.0022 and trending down. Need the 200 to get down to greet the other two MA's.

MAC is flat and Stoch making it look like stock is oversold.

Waiting for news from whomever is in charge. Beware a reverse split. If this is announced, would strongly suggest getting out with whatever you can.
