SO,... from the Bionic Products web site, they go Private on Aug 13, 2010.

But, on Aug 17, 2010 announce a new company name (BNPDG) and their deal with BEHL, etc., etc.

The "Bionic Products is still fully operational and will continue to manufacture and sell ...," notation on their home page seems to indicate they are aware of the BNPDG/BEHL situation and are disconnecting themselves from BEHL. And, they (BNPD) are going back to their original direction of going private.

This stock (BNPD) is still trading. Maybe it takes time to complete the paperwork to go private.
