I just hate to see the month go by without comment. This play has gone through a strange set of changes since the quick ride up and then down again. I'm still interested, but have to admit a bit of uneasiness with the current circumstances. If all goes as planned or at least stated, shareholders will watch all of the companies assets including physical and intellectual, transfered into another company who, in turn will give each shareholder 1 share for each BEHL share. BEHL will still be a publicly traded company with nothing more than income from residuals of sorts.

Then there is the strange transition of management from one company to another. This looks like someone is jumping from one ship to another. But why? Liabilities?

Well... this alone should make 2011 an interesting year to see transition.

Just thought I'd ramble.
