Message: Re: Biocen and BEHL Have Berry on Both, Plus More Dilution

Berry is President of BEHL, but is also being "borrowed" as a consultant by the juice maker. It is also implied that she is a primary candidate as CEO for BEHL. If you go to the Company web site and click on "The Team" link-bubble you can see pics of all of them.

Am actually impressed by the Company PR's and the keeping of shareholders up-to-date. And the comment by Fisher that he will not sell any of his holdings until they become profitable is a bit of a boost of confidence. Unfortunately, because they are a pink-sheeter, they will not have to disclose when they are profitable. So, unloading could happen before any disclosure. However, there is mention by Fisher of a family trust, so he seems to have a personal stake in all of this.

Yes, the authorized shares may not change the shares on the Market. Hard to say what is going on with this being a Pink-Sheeter. But the slide after the announcement (actually before, indicating there are some insiders who are "in the know") indicates that the dilution is being taken into consideration. Might be an opportunity to get in on the cheap.

I had thought this could go to a buck when there was a float of about 500k. So, maybe now, because of the dilution, it goes to two-bits? A few grand for a few hundred grand? Maybe. But, keep any stake

I initially bought in way too soon back after the big pop, then when the technicals did not continue to turn immediately sold and lost several hundred on this play. Which actually is not bad, but a loss is a loss. Anyway, got back in at the 0.0020 area with a fair size position. With the dilution it may be a good time to cost average, so am considering it. My plan is to limit my stake to only a few grand and then letting it ride as this could take a long, long while to play out.

Mid-2011 maybe too optimistic (from Fisher's comments). Green energy is not all that green for the wallet at this time. Need some government intervention.

Out to work on moving some cars around. have purchaed several "fixers" over the years to keep me busy when I retire. Seems they are keeping me busy now.
