Well, sp hit 0.003 for a bit there in today's trading. Big sell off for some reason with a whole bunch of volume of nearly 27 million. Maybe someone knows something and is getting out. Solar and other alternative energy sources do not seem to be in favor despite the BP spill in the gulf.

Might be a reasonable time to average down or start a position. $1k will get you 250k shares at 0.004. However, be aware this is very speculative and until the average person (noticed by the big money movers who will then get in) sees algae as a fuel source, it may be a very long while before there is a reward.
