ALL GREEN ENERGY
Representatives from ENVIROTEK's Costa Mesa, California based wholly owned subsidiary, All Green Energy division recently completed the installation of the company's (ESD) Energy Saving Devices for testing in four prominent Las Vegas Casinos.

A spokesperson for All Green Energy announced the results showed power bill savings in excess of 30% in the areas where the ESD units were installed. The company anticipates significant purchase orders from the Casino chains for the ESD products as a result of the favorable test results. Earlier this year Station Casinos Group purchased a number of the ESD units for Installation in one of their Henderson, Nevada facilities.

On the East Coast Company representatives are in the process of installing ESD test units for energy savings review in several large corporate facilities.

The company is also in the process of consolidating an LED lighting distribution contract to further provide energy saving internal lighting solutions for Las Vegas casinos, Hotels, Administrative buildings and Medical facilities where lighting is required 24 hours a day. The use of LED lighting can significantly reduce the energy bills and have a life span of up to 10 times that of a traditional fluorescent tube.

EXTREME BIODIESEL
Extreme Biodiesel is an ENVIROTEK majority owned company and produces Bio-Diesel fuel at the company's Corona, California refinery. Extreme produces high grade Bio-Diesel fuels from waste cooking oil (Yellow Grease) primarily purchased or donated from restaurants, fast food chains and commissaries. The company also collects "Yellow Grease" from Paramount Pictures cafeterias in Hollywood, California.

With the recent changes to the state and Federal tax credits available to Bio-Diesel refineries, Scott Brown, a well respected alternative fuel technologies developer and the newest addition to the company's Scientific Development Advisory Board, has developed a patentable system compatible with the existing refinery equipment which allows Extreme Biodiesel to produce "renewable" Diesel fuel from "Brown Grease" at a significantly reduced cost. The use of this new technology will allow Extreme to produce Diesel fuels from the "Brown Grease" feedstock which is more readily available in larger quantities at a fraction of the cost of "Yellow Grease." This will allow Extreme to be able to process and refine Bio-Fuels from both "Yellow and Brown Grease Feedstocks."

The improved patentable system works in part by similar context to that of a "Hydro-Cracker" used in the refining process and will be one of the first of its kind for the production of "renewable" diesel fuel from "Brown Grease" feedstock. The upgraded technology is expected to be completed and fully operational by the third quarter 2010.

The technology patent is expected to be filed shortly and will be an asset of Extreme Biodiesel; this will further allow licensing opportunities from Extreme to other Alternative Fuel refineries for the use of the technology for the production of Bio-Fuels from "Brown Grease" feedstocks.
