ALL GREEN ENERGY

Representatives from Envirotek's All Green Energy, division were recently asked by Station Casinos to review and analyze several additional properties for the install of the Energy Saving Devices (ESD). Station Casinos representatives have indicated that they are very pleased with the ESD units that were recently purchased and installed at Station's Fiesta Henderson facility and are ready to move forward with installations at other facilities. On the east coast, company representatives have installed several test units for energy saving review in large corporate facilities. The company is also in the process of consolidating an LED lighting distribution contract to further provide energy saving internal lighting solutions for Las Vegas casinos, Hotels, Administrative buildings and Medical facilities where lighting is required 24 hours a day. The use of LED lighting can significantly reduce the energy bills and have a life span of up to 10 times that of a traditional fluorescent tube.

EXTREME BIODIESEL

Extreme Biodiesel, an Envirotek controlled company has been very active in the political arena trying to support the renewal of the Federal $1 tax credit for the production of Bio Diesel. Based on the recent political statements it appears that the tax credit may be renewed and become retroactive sometime before April, which will re-launch the Bio-Diesel industry back into full production.

In the meantime, company management is in the process of diligently negotiating several large Toll Processing Accounts for Bio-Diesel production. Toll Processing is where a company or ALGAE farming entity pays a flat fee per gallon to outsource processing of their crude oil into Bio-Diesel. This market is still growing and is seldom heard of. Envirotek looks forward to making announcements relative to this process very soon.
