On Pinks - BEHL sp tapping on four cents. Daily technicals showing sp touching the lower BB, which may be a clue to start cost averaging if one desires. However, the other Daily techs are still very Bearish. 60min also very bearish, but 15min is bottoming and converging. Would be good to stay above 0.0400 as that was the last low-low. Going below will signal more Bearishness.

Dow continues to make higher-highs. Looks like the game of catch-up by the Mutual Funds will continue for a while. Options expirations week coming nearly to an end. Banks mixed, miners mixed, refiners flat, tech mixed,... heck the market is just plain mixed-up. However, RecessProofers up... ...Hmmmmm...
