Haemaotoccocus will be the strain grown in the Algae Pro Photobioreactor which is easier to harvest and demands a higher price than Spirulina, which can be sold to companies which produce extracted Astaxanthin.

Arrangements have finally been completed and Mr. Fisher will sign today the contract for the first annual shareholders meeting on February 24th, 2010 at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas -- discounted rooms will be available to all stockholders.

Additionally, arrangements have also been completed and Mr. Fisher will sign today the contract for the first annual West Coast Chapter of the National Algae Association on February 25th and 26th at the Monte Carlo in Las Vegas -- discounted rooms will be available to all attendees. BioCentric Energy shareholders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets for this event at a reduced price.

Mr. Dennis Fisher, President of the West Coast Chapter of the NAA, has extended an invitation to Mr. Mohamed Yanus, of the Grameen Bank, to be the Keynote Speaker of this event. Mr. Yanus' participation is not confirmed at this time. The subject matter will be "Use of Spirulina to combat hunger and malnutrition and help achieve sustainable development."
