Not sure, but the charts appear to show the 12.5k volume as a BUY, from just under a penny right back up to six cents. That is why I called it a "Sweetheart Deal." My charts show it happening at 1142 eastern time, so it was between 1142-1145, just before the Big Guys head out to lunch. Hmmmmm... . . . Although, 12.5k volume would be extremely light (considering sp and daily volume) for a Big Guy, so do not get hopes up.

Another possibility: Could be that an option expired (it is options expirations week) and it was closed out.

15min and 60min techs are still Bullish, so might be able to call this 12.5k buy a blip or an outlyer.
