What can Midatech Pharma do with a market cap of $4.7M US?

Bioasis has a Market Cap of Twice that as things stand and it will end up with only 11% of the new organization. makes no sense. Or I simply don't understand the deal.

As of June 2022, I believe they had ~ $14 M CAN.  How far will that take them??
