Tagged for profanity (there was none) is the answer I received from the moderator of the ZEN board  (not Zenith but ZEN Graphene Solutions) where it has happened numerous times. The moderator was able to get Agora to reverse it and the post was made but it took several days defeating the spontineity of a news release. I notice that it doesn't happen on the RVX board. At least not that I've noticed. Sometimes news posts as copy/pasted and sometimes not. Can't figure out what triggers the filter.
