BTI Share Price in the doldrums

What's it going to take to get BTI beyond the $0.50 mark.

Bloomberg: "Dr. Mark Day, Ph.D. serves as Director at Bioasis Technologies Inc. since March 2019 and served as its Chief Executive Officer, President since April 24, 2017, until March 11, 2019, and served as its Chief Scientist since September 18, 2017."

-BTI share price on April 24, 2017, stood at $0.90.

-On March 11, 2019, the share price stood at $0.39.

What the heck happened? Will we see $0.90 once again and will it be soon?
