Firstly, CL was relieved of her duties IMO because the new CEO see value in only one IR Person/firm. At 18000 US per month she was way over paid. Watch for stern to continue. 

I do believe that BTI has some options to finance on the table. Maybe the road show is to determine how much interest there is from existing shareholders. 

I think the new CEO values the Canadian share holders so maybe the warrant extensions were a thank you.

One more IMO - everyone who is disappointed in the board for not putting in there own money- maybe the

board didn’t like the feel or direction of the company so before investing they needed to make changes. Time will tell if now they put there money where there mouths are.
