Agreed. Preclinical biotech heading towards clinical trials needs money. No one can argue with that. Many ways to get money. Some dilutive, some not. No one can argue with that. Unless finalized, anticipated ways to get money are just forward looking subject to change, safe harbor yadda yadda. No one can argue with that. None of this is FUD. Just the reality of small (micro) cap biotech needing money.
