You were calling this thread irrelevant to BTI, requesting it be taken to a Denali board, and asking Narmac and I why we were posting it here. We gave you straightforward answers and you call that defensive? Also, I never said you broke any rules.

BTW, Denali has two or three compound (RIPK1 and LRRK2 inhibitors) in Phase 1 ..... so they are early clinical with those programs. Their programs to shuttle cargo across the BBB are still pre-clinical. See the Denali pipeline.
