Discussion of other technologies that are currently being used to get cargo across the blood brain barrier is perfectly suitable for this board. Although Denali is not using the peptide trojan horse, they are using anti-Transferrin receptor antibodies like most other companies that Bioasis compares its results too (see slide 8 of the Biotech Showcase Presentation). Important to point out that Denali is more than just their therapeutics using their BBB crossing brain shuttle/vehicle. Denali also has brain-penetrant small molecule inhibitors of LRRK1 (two different candidates) and RIPK1 that are all in Phase 1 stage (as of this post end of August 2018).
