Pardon my little rant here, but Bear puts more time and effort into the forums than most of us put together.  IMO it would be a reasonable idea for folks to do a little bit of their own research before asking him to spend time explaining things.  You can answer basic questions about BTI's programs (and a lot more) just by going through the clear and concise corporate presentation (third orange bar at the link).
