I understood that xB3 is more of a trojan horse concept drug to aid other drugs to cross the BBB with as big a payload as possible as opposed to a drug that has healing powers in itself.

The entry of xB3 in the lymphatic system implies that it has healing powers in and of itself.

Which is it?
