Koo, I don't know what you mean by xB3 having healing powers. You may be missing the point that this NHP distribution study revealed that the xB3 peptide may elicit a favorable distribution pattern for drugs/proteins/etc attached to xB3.
I'm still confused by the apparent lack of xB3-001 in the brain in these NHP distribution studies. As I posted on Stockhouse.....In the Lockman mouse paper, the Mtf-TZM showed much higher accumulation relative to TZM alone in both tumor and non-tumor areas. So although tumor areas accumulated more than non-tumor areas, it seems that in the NHP distribution study that increased xB3-001 accumulation vs. TZM alone should have been observed in the brain even in a cancer free subject. Mouse vs. NHP issue? Mtf vs. Mtfp issue? Cancer effect on BBB? Time course/methodology difference?
