Looks to just be the filing of very old Company Articles from November 2006 for W.R. Partners Ltd, who acquired Bioasis Technologies back in 2007-2008. I only know this because I looked back at the SEDAR filings for Oct 2007 to April 2008. Towards the end of this document is an "ADVANCE NOTICE POLICY (adopted by the Board of Directors with immediate effect on November 17, 2015)"
