This has been my first personal goal since I first saw the data before I joined. I have to pay absolute kudos to our team and BoD who work endlessly to help drive this company forward. My commitment to our shareholders is to drive this company forward, to work endlessly to get this company to where it should be, and to deliver new brain penetrant medicines to the patients that need them.  

Think about the past 14 months: New seasoned BoD’s, Management Team, the SAB, Company rebranding; Focused approach about moving to the NASDAQ, Wuxi collaboration, New Chair Person, First raise led by a US Bank (Roth Capital Partners). Management team participated in the raise; We are all very excited about the company’s technology and our ability to give these targets their best chance of success. It’s in our hands now. As we say in the UK, Game-on!!
