I agree that this small equity raise is just to tide them over. I think with part of the raise being to related parties and part to US buyers through Roth that there is probably a good idea that the NHP data will be positive. If the data turns out to be good, this in conjunction with NASDAQ in the offing could drive the price significantly and a larger raise might be done once the listing is achieved.

So much strength in management as well as on the board and SAB and now with Roth brings a great deal of connection to money and investor awareness.  I think this bodes very well for the company once US listed given that, with good NHP data, Bioasis may look like the deal of the century when stacked up beside seemingly inferior DNLI whose market cap is about $1.8B USD.
