TERMINATES QUEBEC OPTIONS

Vancouver, B.C. Canada, May 6, 2016 - Belmont Resources Inc. (TSX.V: BEA; FSE: L3L1; OTC: BEAAF.PK) ("Belmont", or the "Company"). The Company currently awaits its NI 43-101 Report on the Kibby Basin, Nevada property and recommended 1st phase exploration program.

Harricana - Turgeon Properties - Abitibi Region, Northwestern Quebec

The Company has agreed to a mutual termination of the Option Agreement with the vendors on the three (3) Quebec properties more commonly referred to as the Berthiaume, Joutel, and Angle claim groups. The Company agrees to return all data and reports to the vendors, as was compiled on the properties; and has no further exploration or property commitments.
