Why the late filings by CEO Glen Zinn?

Would you kindly ask Bell for a reasonable explanation of why GZ (CEO) has these late filings? I'm pretty sure the regulations are that you must file within 10 business days of the transaction date. Perhaps there is a reason for this late filing that we're not aware of.
Hopefully we won't see more of this late filing in the future if that's the case, although i'm sure with the merger changeover SEDI will be tough to follow. Thank you.
