Beartooth name change to Kria Resources, 1:20 rollback

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's reverse takeover (RTO), which includes the following transactions.

RTO

The RTO involved the acquisition of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Kria Resources Inc. and was completed by way of statutory plan of arrangement. Accordingly, accounting for the share consolidation, upon completion of the arrangement, there will be approximately 47,312,364 shares issued and outstanding.

Name change, consolidation and symbol change

Pursuant to a resolution passed by shareholders March 27, 2009, the company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-20-old basis. The name of the company has also been changed as follows.

Effective at the opening, Friday, July 24, 2009, the common shares of Kria Resources Ltd. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange and the common shares of Beartooth Platinum Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mining company.

The exchange has been advised that the above transactions, approved by shareholders on March 27, 2009, have been completed.

Bonus of warrants

The TSX Venture Exchange has also accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue up to 250,000 bonus warrants to the following insider in consideration of a loan of secured loan of up to $600,000.
