I thought I smelled a reorganization coming. The usual pattern is for the reorganized company to come back on and promptly fall at least 50%. That translates into about 6 cents of the current stock.

To do a $50 million financing they'll have to start at a fairly high price which means they'll do a high ratio consolidation. 20-to-1 wouldn't surprise me.
