The news release was amended today with the following sentence added" Mr. Cavendor has recently joined the staff of Bayswater in anticipation of closing the acquisition of the Reno Creek Uranium Project " . People may have been wondering if the acquisition had closed since they've started hiring. It does suggest that the financing shouldn't be a problem but we'll see if it has any impact on the share price when the deal closes.
