Mines Are Made - Not Found - And We Are Making Two Silver Mines
Dear Shareholders and Investors
Bayhorse Silver will be attending two conferences in San Francisco in November:The California Capital Conference , November 20-22; and the Cambridgehouse "Silver Summit" at the Park Central Hotel, November 23-24.
We intend to showcase our near-to-production Bayhorse Silver Mine and our intended use of Ore-Sorting Technology, that promises to significantly reduce both Capex and operating costs.
Ore-Sorting was one of the subjects of an interview with Michael White of IBK Capital where he states "Miners can cut costs with this new technology". Reduction of these costs makes the bottom line much better for both shareholders and investors. Old time miners used hand cobbing to do what Ore-Sorting does today. A ton of rock that contains 33 oz/ton silver is 1,998 lbs of waste rock and 2 lbs of silver, so it makes sense to remove as much waste rock as possible. Ore-Sorting simplifies the process.
Bayhorse management has conducted a substantial amount of due-diligence into Ore-Sorting Technology, including commissioning a study into its effectiveness by Sacre-Davey Engineering of Vancouver. Preliminary results of the study, announced in the Company's news release BHS2015-33, has determined that Ore-Sorting is very effective at significantly reducing the amount of waste rock before it enters the process stream.
In combination with Dense Media separation, the two technologies have demonstrated that "Direct Shipping" grades of 130 ounces or better per ton silver from the mine can be attained. Production of Direct Shipping material can substantially reduce operating costs including those for both intermediate flotation and trucking. We look forward to seeing you at the Conference.
