Bayfield Ventures Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BYV) (FRANKFURT:B4N) (the "Company") announces that it held its annual general meeting on March 30, 2011. The Company reports that shareholders approved Donald C. Huston, James Pettit, Donald G. Myers, Amanda Chow be re-elected as directors of the Company with 99.6% in favour. The shareholders of the Company also approved the number of directors and re-appointed Davidson & Company, Chartered Accountants, as auditors with 99.6% in favour. The shareholders approved the renewal of the Company's Stock Option Plan with 97.4% in favour.
