Investor Contact With Russell Thal: BLTA Executive VP

I just spoke with Russ Thal in JFK T4 this afternoon. He said that they are working setting up the new location and anxiously awaiting to hear from the FAA. I asked if they still had the flight crew on payroll and he told me no but they are all ready to come back as soon as money begins to flow in again. I got the feeling that he is very optimistic at this point in time that the tide is about to turn Baltia's way (my opinion).
Russell Thal has over 45 years of experience in business management and aviation technology. He served in the US Army. Mr. Thal was Director of Operations, and Liaison for Military Airlift Command for Seaboard World Airlines, and Director of Stations for New York Air.
He founded Compuflight (acquired by Navtech) and served as Chairman of Navtech.
