Prediction: BLTA Soon Have First 1,000,000,000 Shares Shareholder




I am hearing rumblings that BLTA soon/already has it's first 1 Billion Shares Shareholder. BTW, these new shares are PP Shares, Restricted from sale for 6 months. This would explain any recent increase in A/S. This also answers any (supposed) possible funding issues (all sales from PP shares go directly into BLTA coffers)

Look for a new SCHEDULE 13-D/A filing soon.
