To my knowledge at this time, all the reports are in and Baltia is waiting for a final response and determination.
The research was done and the necessary portions of the regulations that apply to this particular situation were addressed and supporting documentation was gathered and submitted.
There is no talk at this time of re-taking the mini (since the staff did everything correctly), but rather the talk is of changing the procedures to ensure that the equipment is being properly re-packed....and then proving that those procedures work.
There is no logical reason to put the crew through another mini, when clearly they know what they are doing.
Again....a solution to this problem with the internal packing of the slide was found.
Logically....all things considered....it would seem that the mini shouldn't need to be redone, but rather just a controlled and supervised deployment of a slide should prove that the latest issue has been resolved successfully.
So to answer your question....No, the last mini has not been determined as a fail or unsatisfactory, nor has it been determined as a pass or satisfactory.
That determination has not been made as of yet.
