Nowhere on the SDR report does it states the Mini was a failure. That's the only thing that matters here people! The slide was already stated to have a issue that night that was out of Baltia's control. The Lieutenant stated this. No new news here people. What we are waiting on is the FAA to make a decision on the passing of Baltia since the issue was related to the slide packer that Baltia is not allowed to inspect.

Looking closer at that query result . There is a "nature of condition": L which means "NO TEST" which is different than another code. "Z" which is significant failure.

So - the slide was not a complete failure or would have a Z instead of an L.
