i have not heard of any other steps other then what we are going threw now ...... i would figure after the proving flights to russia and back that really should be it .... i dont think they have to get certified in each country they fly to ..... now i have no history in the airline industry so it's just a guess on my end going by everything i have read...... so my guess if anything it would just be the big old rubber stamp ......... maybe ask that question over at ihang and see of any of those guys have better insight into the process
