A few things ya'll need to know.

• There is no a limit on the # of HL's Agoracom allows.
• HL's can be appointed by admin based on posting points, score & rank, but can take years.
• HL's can be added by request from an existing HL. emit & I have been such on a few boards, admin knows us well, so we'd be the guys to do the request.
• HL's, Pres & V-Pres rank can delete posts of mail room & treasurer rank.
• If anyone, meaning all members, reports a post for a rule violation (see quick tips/6 rules up top), only HL's can process the report and delete the post, giving a "spanking" (a vio against one's score) of mail room & treas only. Only admin can delete Pres & VP.
• HL's have a responsibility to admin, in keeping the board within their 6 rules. Posts are nameless and faceless. There's no "good old boy club" here. Friend or not, you screw up, you get deleted.

All the above does not mean HL's are bullying board cops. AGORACOM is known for being a clean and profesionally run message board for small cap stocks. The founders, George & Paul, along with lead admin Andreas are all great guys, so HL's et al owe it to them to make sure the rules are adhered to.
