it is hard to call it the same reason, as each time it is pretty much a different slide or different hardware or what have you, but the bottom line is that the staff once again was exemplary and the equipment problem was entirely in the packing. Keep in mind that the FAA knows there is an industry wide 37 percent failure rate in slide deployment, and deploying 5 slides during a mini statistically means that at least one slide will malfunction.
When you sit down and intelligently analyze the situation, you will see that after 5 attempts it is time to change the way you approach the problem.
