Message: An "LT Novel"....a compliment from Dischino

Very few of you who write here know the CEO of Baltia Air Lines as well as I do.

I would venture to go so far as to say "none of you."

I've sat with him at Christmas parties, he has been in my living room shooting the breeze 2 or 3 times, we have had private dinners. I have both his cellphone number and his personal e-mail address. I know what kind of car he drives, where he lives....and how his 83 year old mother feels about this entire process.

Igor is very intelligent, very reserved, very complex, and very determined.

He is a great guy.

He is also extremely cautious. When it comes to the FAA and the SEC, he basically walks on "eggshells".

This "extremely cautious" and very humble approach to dealing with the regulators is perhaps.....more than any of you realize....why Baltia Air Lines is still in the running when a dozen or so other would-be airlines have fallen to the way side.

Igor will not release any information to anyone that could be considered "insider information", and he will not make a move without the FAA first giving their consent. He and I have battled more times than I can recount about letting the "world" know that Baltia Air Lines exists, but each and every time he has refrained from doing anything unless the regulatory authorities give their permission.

I have often joked with him that he won't even mention their 3 letter name.....and I have referred to them in the Harry Potter sense of "They who shall not be named."

He will not even be so bold as to ask them for permission to do this or that - hence the reason we have seen so few PRs over the last 4 years....and when we do see PRs, they have always been quite "bland". As a matter of fact, PRs only come out when they have to - basically when a government form has to be filed for public knowledge or something gets reported at regulations.gov.

"Cautious" is Igor's middle name......sometimes I believe it to be "Overly-Cautious".

I know the CEO very well. Rest assured......the idea to sponsor "Thunder over Michigan" did not originate with him. This idea was presented to him - he did not bring it up, he did not suggest it, he did not even allude to it. However, once it was brought to his attention that "they who shall not be named" thought at this time and at this stage in the certification process that this was a GREAT idea, you can rest assured that Igor and his staff ran with it.

You all can feel very confident that "they who shall not be named" are nearing the end of this 4+ year process, and that the fact that Baltia has survived this long is a sure sign that Baltia will soon be "America's Newest (Intercontinental) Airline."

"They who shall not be named" would never allow Baltia to make bold statements or represent itself or expose itself to the world.....as it is just now starting to do.....if this wasn't so.

Personally, I believe the excitement started a few weeks back (sometime about the middle of June) and will only intensify from here on out. More PRs, more public exposure, more awarenesss that Baltia actually exists.

By about the first to second week of August.....my personal expectation of when we will see N706BL arrive at JFK, when ticket sales and advertising will truly begin, and most importantly about the time that BALTIA AIR LINES ENTERS PHASE III - well - that is my guess as to when you will see demand for BLTA go through the roof and daily shares traded will approach the 100 million mark.

Where the PPS will be at that time is anyone's guess, but I certainly expect it to be pretty high up there.

It is almost a no brainer: shares puchased today are going to be 100% fold more valuable comes the end of the summer.

Good luck to all who have the guts to believe and to stick it out.
