Igor called a friend of mine last night (someone with a trendous private placement from 2008) and told him on the phone (I could hear it on speaker) that the article in the St. Petersburg Times is complete, and I quote, "bullshit." The DOT would never give Delta or AA that route, as Baltia has a LEGAL exclusive right to that route for THREE YEARS, starting from first flight. So we still have that route. And if you look at that article closely, the spokespeople for AA and Delta NEVER said they were interested in that route. It's a bogus article, IMO.

He said he completely understands that there is no investor relations, but that it isn't something they can do right now. He also pointed out that the St. P Times article is just one of many articles out there claiming other airlines want to fly the NY-St. P route.

Look, as my buddy put it, why would Igor deliberately choose to not put out PRs? Logic dictates he'd be pumping this into dollars (considering he owns 800M shares), but it seems to be the case that the FAA gave him a very stern warning about putting out anything that doesn't have to be put out, until ticket sales begin. He said to expect a PR about the plane maintenance completion, cabin crew training completion, and simulator completion soon.

He said the schedule of events are for certification in August. That's not flexible anymore, because of certain tasks that have been completed. Proving flights are currently being scheduled for late June/early July.

I'm passing on this info to hopefully dispel any doubts about the exclusivity of Baltia's route from JFK. ''
